The lobby area has comfortable seating that allows for people to sit around and talk. The new owners of the building just finished a complete makeover of the community. We absolutely love it here.The on-site manager is the nicest young lady.
Upstairs (there is an elevator), is a media area with a 65 inch TV, free Roku, very comfortable seating, movie nights, all in an open concept area.This is a small senior living community. You may also reserve the community room for personal events or community events that you are leading. There are a lot of community events in this room.
Counter tops are very nice along with the cabinets. In the kitchen, there is a lot of counter and cabinet space. The one bedroom apartments are actually a very decent size.
The tub is very deep but a little hard to clean. The bathroom has a lot of counter space, cabinets, drawers. The doors are all wide enough to fit a wheelchair or scooter through them. The bedroom is pretty big.
The bathroom is large enough for wheelchair access.This is a non smoking community. The water pressure is wonderful. There is a safety bar attached to the wall to help you get in and out of the tub. Bought it on Amazon for pretty cheap.
The heat works amazingly well. You can also do budget billing. WE energies does come out to assist in filling out the application for IHEAP. The only drawback is that it's electric. It's also a great area to grill out.The heat works very well.
